Our Service provides access to condo games and related content. You understand and acknowledge that:

• We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the Service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service.

By using our Service, you agree not to use it for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Certain aspects of our Service, such as the Condo Requester, require payment. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
• We offer a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Subscription Refunds: If you are charged after the 3-day free trial and did not generate any private condo games, you may request a refund through your profile's subscription section. The "Request a refund" option will be available if you meet these criteria.
• Product Refunds: For other products or services, refunds are available only if the product has never been used. Once a product or service has been used, it is not eligible for a refund.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

To request a refund that is not available through your account settings, please contact our support team at support@condogames.xyz.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Using the Service to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content or other unwanted or mass solicitations (spam).
• Impersonating or attempting to impersonate another user, person, or entity.
• Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express permission.
• Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software that provides the Service.
• Encouraging or enabling any other individual to do any of the foregoing.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if in our sole discretion you violate any of these prohibited activities.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall RBX Software SL, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
